Structure of Study Material
This Study Material is prepared by the Research and Development Team of Einstein Classes which covers the complete syllabus and pattern of IIT-JEE and Other Engineering Entrance Examinations. It also includes the complete syllabus and pattern of CBSE. The study material will give complete support for the preparation of KVPY and Olympiad. The primary goals and guidelines of this  material are to reduce course contents following the “less may be more” theme.

Each chapter starts from the concepts with their practice problems. These practice problems includes theoretical questions and numerical problems which have the focus on CBSE and gives the strong foundation for IIT-JEE. After the completion of concepts, exercises are given :

    10 days final revision package : After the XIIth board exams, a package will be provided which is structured in such a way that any student can revise the  complete syllabus in 10 days before appearing IIT-JEE or other entrances.

    XIIth board revision package : This package will include miscellaneous questions based on Board Pattern. This package also includes the Test-Papers based on Board for the practice at home.

    Course and Teaching Structure

    The complete course is divided into 6 modules.
    The sequence of the chapter will be followed according to NCERT Pattern.
    In the class, concepts, theory and required derivation will be taught in detail followed by the problems based on these concepts.
    After each class home-work will be given from the study material and these problems will be discussed in next class.
    The student can ask any type of doubts or questions.

    XIIth syllabus of Entrance Examinations and Board Exams will be first completed till the month of August and then XIth syllabus of Entrance Examinations will be completed till the month of December.

    After the completion of course, revision classes will be held for IIT-JEE/Other Entrance and Board Examination.

    Duration of Program

    The program will start from third week of March to second week of April 2010 and will end in May 2011.
    Number of days per week : 3-4
    Number of hours per day : 4 hrs
    Approximate number of hours of Classroom teaching is 730 hrs. which have monthly breakup as follows :

      The student can ask any type of doubts or questions.
      2011
      January : 50, Feb. : 50, March : 40, April : 40, May : 30.
    Any number of hours of individual doubt session will be provided according to individual need of the student.

    Apart from above class room teaching, extra force session will be held. This session will have the purpose of Rank Enhancement in IIT-JEE and other entrance examinations. This session will have another 75 hrs. of classroom  program.

    Hence total number of hours : 800 (approx.) apart from individual doubt session.
    Preparation Meter
    Periodic tests are held after every 28 days, based on IIT-JEE pattern or other entrances. This test will have two parts :
     

    PART 1 : This part will have direct problems from our study material. Better performance in this part indicates the practice level, hard work, sincere efforts and seriousness level.

     
    PART 2  : This part will have completely unknown problems of IIT-JEE level. Better performance in this test indicates the aptitude level, clarity of fundamentals and application ability into unknown situation which requires the IIT-JEE and other entrance examinations.
     

    The schedule of the tests will be given in advance.

    Quizzes are held during classroom teaching according to requirement. Quiz  consists of 10 to 15 problems of a particular chapter.

    Full syllabus and part syllabus tests are held of IIT-JEE / AIEEE and Board level after completion of course.

    Feedback System and PTM

    The results of each test will be given to individual student in the class.

    The result of each test will be communicated to parents by phone.

    PTM are held in those days in which the student is attending the class according to individual need. Parents can take time before and after the class for the meeting.

    There is a continuous counselling session and motivational session for the individual student.

    Batch Division


    We understand that every student has the different potential and different need. Once the course is completed in the month of December, we guide them to go for IIT+ batch or IIT– batch. IIT+ batch will include preparation of all the entrance examinations whereas IIT– batch will include preparation of all the entrance examination except IIT-JEE according to the preparation level of the individual student. But the guidelines is not bounded to any student. Student and parent has to take the final decision.

    Admission Procedure

    We have a very unique admission procedure for this program :
    Students start taking the classes for the first 21 days by paying Rs. 2000/-  (this amount will be adjusted at the time of final admission) from the date of start of this program. During these days normal classes will be held and one mathematical aptitude test will be taken. On the basis of this test the amount of scholarship will be decided. During these days students will have the complete view of the Institute and also the Institute will have the view for the student. If the student will not take the admission for any reasons, in this case no amount will be refunded. If the Institute will not offer the final admission, in this case the complete amount will be refundable.

    Batch Size

    The batch will consist of (30-35) students.

    Fee Structure

    Total Amount of Fees : 75,000/-

    Fee of Rs. 15,000/- will be paid at the time of admission and there will be a four installments of Rs. 15,000/- at the interval of two months each on the specified date from the date of commencement of class. The mode of payment either by cheque/cash/DD/pay order. Service tax will be charged extra as per government rules.

    Fee Concession

    If the final fees (after deduction of all types of concession and scholarship) will be paid at the time of admission then 10% concession will be given on the total fees.

    50% scholarship will be provided to NTSE Scholar.
    Payment of Final Fees

    After the deduction of all types of concession and scholarship, the final fees made will be equally divided into five installments. First instalment will be paid at the time of final admission and four installments will be paid at the interval of two months each from the date of commencement of class.

    Procedure of Fee Refund


    If the student will adopt the instalment system then no amount of fees will be refundable.

    If the student will adopt the one time payment system then fee will be refunded according to following procedure :

     
  • If the student will attend the class for first 60 days or less than 60 days from the date of commencement of class then the first instalment will be deducted according to instalment basis system.

  • If the student will attend the class from 61 days to 120 days from the date of commencement of class then the first two instalment will be deducted according to instalment basis system.

  • If the student will attend the class from 121 days to 180 days from the date of commencement of class then the first three instalment will be deducted according to instalment basis system.
  • If the student will attend the class from 181 days to 240 days from the date of commencement of class then the first four instalment will be deducted according to instalment basis system.
  • If the student will attend the class more than 240 days from the date of commencement of class then no fees will be refunded.

    Late Fees Penalty

    If the fees will not paid at the specified date then the institute will give the grace period of 7 days. After these days 5% will be extra charge on that instalment for next 7 days. After that the student will strictly not allowed to attend the class.

    A special exercise is given which includes the problems based on new pattern of AIEEE (linked comprehension type and assertion-reason type)
